Each of two operators needed is workin on his own process step. Both working stations are placed on the oposite sides of the machine and beinc processed in the direction from top to bottom.

1. The first step ist assembly of the plastic support element in the middle of the cable stretch after both cable and support element and cable are placed manually by the worker on the desired positon. This step is finished with automatic extraction of the assembly to the storage on the opposite side of the machine. Personnel´s safety is being obtained with PMMA cover aruound the assembly process.

2. The second step begins with manual pre-assembly of two plastic rods on the cable. The cord is being inserted into the cable after that. This assembly is being transferred to the next procedure, during which the ends of the cord are being formed and the cable is being transfered to the storage. In order to activate the automatic part of the process two buttons are to be pressed using two hands to prevent putting hands into the running machnine.
