FR-antenna Punch
Description
Purpose
The FR-antenna Punch Machine is purposed for automotive antenna forming and separating it from carrier tape
Process
1. Tape is transported step by step inside the punch tool from the roll

2. Locating and pushing forward is realized by means of the holes in tape

3. On the Punch section first are bent antenna „ears", then antenna "bridges" are punched out and antenna is pushed by next antenna out of the punch
4. Punching and bending process is done by 3 feed steps
