Low Viscose Product Filling Machine is purposed for filling of a low viscose product, for example ketchup, mayonnaise etc, in glass or plastic container, in 6 containers simultaneously.
Construction
The device represents a metal frame with the dosing units. The tank is equipped with:

System of a dosage provides transportation of a product from a tank to container in the Specified volume by digital flow meters
Two pneumatic stoppers stop containers on the conveyor on a packing place
Control electronics and the pneumatic panel are in a watertight case

The device is made of stainless steel of the AISI316 brand (a detail of direct contact with a product) and AISI303/304.
