The Equipment is designed so as to provide assembling of cross flange carriers (x-flanges) on the propeller/intermediate shafts for trucks transmission. Machine consists of steel frame with mounted actuators and fixtures and hydraulic power unit (HPU) beside.
Sequence of operation
Operator sets prop/intermediate shaft on carriages at support, x-flange on gripper turned at loading position,
turns gripper and provides engagement of x-flange and prop/intermediate shaft, pushes and holds buttons and realizes working process.
